We are excited to announce that we have a brand new payment system available for our residents! Using this system, you will be able to pay your rent online with your checking account for FREE. You can set up a one-time payment, recurring payments, pay utility overages, check your balance, and even submit maintenance requests through this new online portal system.

To use the portal, you will need a username and password. You will need to contact the Gateway office at (806) 740-8300 to set it up. After we give you your username and password you will be able to log in at the link below and change your password.
