Did you know if every resident at The Gateway gave just one dollar, we could give 37 people clean water for life? Every dollar counts. The Gateway at Lubbock is teaming up with Charity Water to raise money give people the simple necessity of clean water. We are proud to announce the development and completion of a new design of the Gateway at Lubbock. This website design has been developed to be more intuitive, visually appealing, and more finder-friendly than previous versions. Please give us any feedback that you might have!

The Gateway has a NEW Payment System for residents!

We are excited to announce that we have a brand new payment system available for our residents! Using this system, you will be able to pay your rent online with your checking account for FREE. You can set up a one-time payment, recurring payments, pay utility overages, check your balance, and even submit maintenance requests through this new online portal system.

To use the portal, you will need a username and password. You will need to contact the Gateway office at (806) 740-8300 to set it up. After we give you your username and password you will be able to log in at the link below and change your password.
